Tomatillo Red-Chili Salsa (hot)
This salsa has pureed chiles de arbol, tomatoes and fresh spices.
- 1 tomato, peeled and seeded
- 2 tsp powdered chile de arbol
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- juice of one lime
- Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until the desired consistency.
- Place in a bowl with a lid and refrigerate for 24 hours.
